1984年建廠,1990年從事液力傳動產品的設計和生產，已累計生產液力偶合器6萬余臺。

◆ 產品品種
調速型液力偶合器，限矩型液力偶合器，塔機回轉機構，塔機變幅機構，塔機起升機構，聯軸器等六大系列產品。
◆ 產品產量
年產量1.2萬臺（套）以上，其中限矩型液力偶合器年產9500臺以上，產量國內第一。
◆ 規模效益
占地面積1.3萬平方米，建筑面積8500平方米。下設減速機分廠以及機械、裝配、鑄鋁、鉚焊、試驗、包裝等車間，擁有各類加工設備80多臺（套）以及完善的試驗、檢驗裝置。2003年實現產值1950萬元，利稅達395萬元，固定資產1500萬元。產品銷往除海南外的所有省市自治區。
