上海減速機械廠有限公司是原國營上海減速機械廠通過市場，由黃山深華物業（集團）投資近一億元而轉制成立的專業生產減速機及其成套設備的公司。我公司是中國通用機械減變速機行業協會副理事長單位，全國最早生產減速機的企業之一。2000年6月通過了貝爾國際驗證機構的 IS09001-2000質量體系認證。
